Natural History Museum // Digitising the collections

We are a group of designer-explorers who wish to uncover and explore social topics of interests in institutions such as museums and galleries. We propose alternative tours which aim to highlight important issues such as female contributions, colonialism or climate change. We want people to engage in creative workshops in which they can achieve a hands-on learning experience.

 

We are establishing a platform that allows museums to question hierarchical forms, such as tour guide- listener, and embrace a more explorative and imaginative nature. We want people to contribute to the knowledge that is being shared, so that people can learn through people. We want history and its stories to emerge and live through those who participate.
